Dialpad will be undertaking urgent maintenance on one of the services that was impacted earlier this week. While we do not anticipate a major impact during this scheduled maintenance period there may be a degradation in performance for the following services.

- Ai Recaps
- Transcriptions

- Meetings recordings
- Contact Center agent status and wrapup

Services will be returned to normal as soon as maintenance is completed after both windows.
