A network backbone issue caused traffic between our datacenters to misroute starting at 10:09am US/Pacific. The issue was detected by automated systems at 10:10am and fixed by 10:25am. This would have mostly impacted new call setup but some call audio may have dropped as well. Root cause analysis and mitigation planning is underway.
