If you are currently unable to send SMS/MMS due to an error message about registration, it is likely that your number is not registered to an approved A2P Campaign. Please reach out to your company’s Dialpad Administrator urging them to register. They can also contact support to temporarily lift the block while this is in progress, until December 1st when such messages will be blocked by US mobile carriers.
